5. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a confirmed project, please let us know as early as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing and costs already incurred.

We aim to meet all deadlines, but delays can happen due to weather, material shortages, or unforeseen issues. We’ll keep you informed and work to minimise any disruption.
7. Access to Property
By accepting our services, you agree to allow our team reasonable access to the property for the duration of the work. It’s your responsibility to ensure the work area is clear and safe.
8. Liability
While we take every care during construction, KC Build is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues outside the agreed scope of work. We hold public liability insurance for your peace of mind.
